According to TMZ, a home invasion involving “Detail,” a producer for multi-platinum selling recording artist Akon, was orchestrated by former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight. Walker claims a group of five men, Knight’s henchmen, broke into his home at 3:00 AM this morning with weapons drawn, demanding money they claimed was owed to Knight.

The men ultimately removed $170,000 worth of jewelry from Detail’s home, not even bothering to wake him from his sleep. Christopher Walker, who was apparently in the home, told reporters that the men threatened to kill all four people that were there had they not received full cooperation. They demanded the key to the safe and when unable to obtain it, stole the entire 130 pound safe.

Among the other items the goons got away with were stereo equipment an a key to a Mercedes, summing a total of somewhere between $200,000 and $300,000.

Walker further revealed that the home invasion stemmed from a beatdown Knight suffered at the hands of two of Akon’s employees.

None of the people in Detail’s home, including Walker’s brother and a sound engineer, were seriously injured.
