Lil Wayne recently canceled his European concert  tour and varying reports indicated he was suffering from a mysterious illness.

Upon being diagnosed reports indicated the rapper has a migraine condition that is compounded anytime he experiences an adrenaline rush.

“He canceled the entire [European] tour. His heart can’t take any adrenaline rush apparently,” said a source. “It’s a migraine condition which requires a specific medication. If this medication is combined with adrenaline, a myocardial infarction can be provoked.”

A myocardial infarction is a condition which is the result of a critical imbalance between the oxygen supply and demand of myocardium.

Without proper treatment, Lil Wayne would be subject to a heart attack or worse. Understandably, every precaution is being taken to keep the multi-platinum rapper out of harm’s way.
