The Jacka & Laroo hooked up with Gino Rocks to deliver a movie to go along with their collaborative music  effort – Neva Be The Same.

Included in the album packaging is a free DVD sneak peak of the movie that follows the two Bay Area rappers on a mission that’s somewhat summed up in the clip below.

Neva Be The Same is slated to drop next Tuesday, January 19.

The self proclaimed “King of the West Coast” sits down with famed journalist Tuere and drops gems that stem from his actual involvement in the pimp game, to his involvement with Dre, Suge and Death Row.

There’s also some in depth conversation about his family where Snoop admits to biting off more than he could chew. Tuere digs and Snoop allows that he would never run away from his problems or hide from the people that love him the most.

Like any youngsta raised in the streets of South Central, Nipsey Hussle found himself prone to the illigitamate ways of the streets. He shined shoes. He ran the streets and replenished them for a buck.

He did however, overcome that beast and is poised to become the next best thing on the west coast.

In this clip, Neighborhood Nip recalls how he earned that moniker and discusses what it’s going to take for him to generate interest in himself and the West as a whole.

This video comes courtesy of the new Death Row 3CD/DVD box set WideAwake Entertainment has been promoting for the past few months. Good to see this footage, but it would be better to know the most powerful West Coast label ever, was still intact.

In any scenario, it’s refreshing to know something like this is possible. The Lady of Rage sets it off. Daz takes the baton and Kurupt absolutely MURDERS it!
