At its height, the 15th Annual Cali Picnic saw upwards of 350 people. A problem free day, it was a celebration of the not only California, but the West Coast period. A good variety of artists and celebrities showed to join the festivities at Washington park for some good old fashioned fun.

The pipeline from California to Atlanta is a fixed one and the Cali Picnic is a glowing testament to it. With a history that spans from the early to mid ‘90’s, what was once a daylong celebration at Washington Park, eventually turned into a full weekend for California natives in and out of college. At the height of its impressive run, the Cali Picnic was on par with Freaknic and in some respects, seized the popularity and lure of the once monstrous event.

A year end celebration for AUC, GA State, GA Tech, etc., The Cali Picnic typically works to ease the stress and anxiety of finals week for students and provoke nostalgic moments for graduates and working professionals.

After a moderately successful event last year, organizers are proud to reclaim the Cali Picnic in grand fashion, complete with an after party the day of the event.

Blastro Networks made it down to Houston, Texas for the 26th annual Los Magnificos Custom Car Show and Concert. Part one features Chingo Bling and Rob G., as well as several car clubs.
