The Cali Picnic has been postponed until tomorrow. Same time (1:00 PM), same place (Washington Park), just 24 hours after the fact. Mother Nature decided to come out the house and kick it too, so we were forced to succumb. Her reps have confirmed she’ll be more accommodating tomorrow.

The After Party, however, is still a go! After all this we deserve a party right? So we’ll just consider it a continuation of the CAtL Bash last night, which was off the freakin’ chain! If you missed it, come out tonight and hear all your favorite West Coast slappers courtesy of DJ Moetown!

One more thing… Don’t believe all the bullshit you hear. If it doesn’t have the WCW stamp on it, it isn’t official! If anybody’s in town, they’ll be at Inferno Lounge (formerly Endenu) tonight!

Hard to believe it’s been sixteen years since this thing started. In that time the Cali Picnic has played host to some spectular moments. It’s also attracted artists and people from all parts of the country… all walks of life.

That said, if you have any reservations about coming out because you’re not from California, don’t. No one from Washington ever has. Or Oregon, Nevada, Colorado, etc.

The lifestyle and culture as a whole is what we intend on celebrating and anyone who likes good food, good music and high energy is welcome!!

Be sure to kick off the WCW with us on Fuse and 255 tonight, where we will be from 6-10 PM for the Peters St. Block Party.

After that Djangois the place to be. Former Death Row mainstay Danny Boy will be performing select hits (old and new) from 9-11 PM and the Bay Area’s own Honest Bob (BARS Awards, West Coast Hip Hop Awards, etc.), has promised to keep the crowd hype at the first annual CATL Bash!

The CATL Bash has been a long time coming. With tens of thousands of native Californians posted in the city of Atlanta, it was bound to happen. And what better place to do it than Django?!

Nestled in the heart of the downtown on Peachtree St., it ain’t hard to find. The food is off the chain and parking is relatively easy to come by.

Make sure you get there early because Danny Boy (the one and only) will be performing old and new hits from the early Death Row days. He’s also promised to unveil some new material under the Artists 1st umbrella, of which he is an operating partner.

As if that wasn’t enough, we connected with the Bay Area’s own Honest Bob, who will co-host the event and keep it lit all night.
