DMX Can’t Win For Violating Probation

by KS STAFF on Jul.26, 2010, under KS NEWS

dmx-mug-shot-collageThe artist formerly known as Darkman X is reportedly going back to jail. Only three weeks ago the rapper born Earl Simmons, was released from an Arizona and now he’s apparently in a Los Angeles lockup.

No sooner than he could order his favorite from Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles, X was apprehended by LAPD for violating probation on a reckless driving charge stemming from 2002.

Although he recently finished up the four month AZ sentence and seemed poised to deliver a long awaited album, X is said to be focused on dealing with his past legal issues in an effort to move on with his life.

Lil Kim recently brought DMX out during a performance in Arizona so he could rock the crowd and he was spotted recording new material.

Barring some unforeseen divine intervention, DMX will serve 90 days in a local jail for this most recent probation violation.
