Rapper Kanye West was formally charged by Los Angeles County prosecutors for the scuffle he and his manager Don Crowley got into with a photographer on September 11th of last year. West was hit with three charges – vandalism, grand theft and battery – and Crowley was charged with two counts of the same charges.

During the incident, which occurred at the Los Angeles Airport (LAX), West lunged at the cameraman, breaking his equipment.

West faces two years in jail if convicted and Crowley five.

The GAME has reportedly been charged with criminal battery stemming from an incident that occured at a funeral in July of this year.

Robert “Kirky” Kirkwood, GAME’s cousin, alleges that the rapper showed up unexpectedly and then opted to speak in front of friends and family, neglecting to honor a prior agreement between the two. (continue reading…)
