Drake sat down with MTV to discuss his label mate’s most recent beef with Lil Kim and had the nerve to express disappointment in her actions.

After acknowledging Kim is a “G” in the game, he goes on to basically call her weak, insinuating she’s ‘losing it,’ among other things.

He may think he’s the voice of reason, as will his adoring fans across the US and his native Canada, but we don’t buy that bullshit.

Here’s a dude that walked into a ready made situation, admonishing a LEGEND in the game and then suggesting she’s insecure?

Publicity is good even when it’s bad and Erykah Badu’s most recent expression of freedom earned a lion’s share of it on either end.

For what it’s worth, Badu’s stunt has worked out to her advantage, while offering red blooded males from coast to coast and country to country, the chance to see why she had 3000 so screwed up.

Baby is thick, in no uncertain terms. A little knee fat here and there, but who’s being picky?

VIBE certainly isn’t, as the urban culture giant is using an unclad Badu to grace its June 2010 issue.

Don’t expect Toni B or Ciara though.

Success typically breeds opinion, fanfare, frustration and yes envy. No one here would venture to say Gloria Velez is envious of Nicki Minaj, but it’s clear, by virtue of this diss, she doesn’t like the “bitch.”

We’re not clear how this beef started, but we do know Glo went bad on Nicki last week, calling her out on numerous infractions. Among them were her alleged fake body parts and robotic flow.

The interesting thing about a Gloria Velez/Nicki Minaj beef, is how it might spark other femcees to express their disdain for what has shaped out to be their ultimate comp to date. Love her or put her in a body bag, Nick is recognized as hip hop’s #1 stunnet.

Both Luda and Taj grant the cameras interviews, attempting to capture the essence of the video through dialogue. The finished product will be available tomorrow on BET.

The cameos are off the hook, as the DTP camp set up shop in Miami for the Super Bowl. Lil Scrappy, Trina, Eve and Diamond are among them.
