One minute he’s doing a candy ass autotune track with Dream and the next, he reminds you of the lean, indo blown, forty OZ drinking youngster that Dre introduced you to in 1991. For what it’s worth, “Protocol” is  a reminder of what he can do when he applies himself…

There are whispers however, that Calvin is reciting verses his rap friends have been providing him with.  In either scenario, the delivery is still incomparable and it’s not like he hasn’t arrived as a point in his career where he’s earned that right.
